Dick's Sporting Goods had my bike for 2 months. Two months! I rescued it and went to Matthew's where I bought it originally back in 1995. Less than 24 hours later it is fixed and road ready once more. Thanks fellas!

Great bike shop! Didnt feel pressured into buying a bike unlike competitors. Salesman showed me bikes in my price range with specs i wanted, sized me for a bike. Had tons of mountain bikes to choose from and tested a few. Walked away with a great deal, and got a hand written thank you letter from the owner 4 days later!! Great people with real experience not just there to sell stuff.
