This was one of my best experiences at a doctors office. Matt was very knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions and worries patiently. My primary care recomended him specifically for sleep disorders.This facility as a whole was super efficient and kind people all around.
I saw Matthew for the first time last week. He was wonderful! He spent time with me, answering all my questions and explaining my options for sleep apnea. So easy to talk to. I am so glad I was referred to him.
Jen the nurse needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Her bedside manner is so poor. She specifically needs to learn some empathy skills.
