I had a pair of ruby studs which were very blingy and quite heavy. I very much wanted a more subtle pair which I could wear every day. Matthew has done a brilliant job. He has deconstructed the earrings , made a very pretty ruby drop keeping some of the diamonds. I am delighted with the result. It’s just what I wanted. He listened carefully to my thoughts and came up with a design that works beautifully, plus used the original setting and butterfly backs so they’re the same earrings but reimagined. I truely would give 10 stars if I could! Matthew took my vision for redesigning my engagement ring and he absolutely nailed it, whilst still keeping my rings structural integrity as the first priority! He was so patient and his craftsmanship was evident throughout the whole process.

Recently had a champagne diamond ring resized down and was extremely happy with the service and result. It cost me $120 and I kept the excess piece of gold. Also had the link in a gold necklace repaired for $50. I was very impressed with the knowledge and expert advice given to me, the speed of the service and the professionalism shown.
