Staff very helpful and professional. Dr. Austin apologized for being about 10 minutes late. Listened to all my concerns and questions. He was attentive. Did not rush and truly listened.

Dr Austin is a very caring doctor, he listens to your concerns. I just wished I saw him after my knee replacement sooner then 6 months. I saw his assistant 2 weeks after surgery.

Dr Austin took the time to answer all my questions, and I did not feel rushed. I had my hip replaced and went home the same day ( my preference). His team was on top of everything from admission to follow up at home. Through a prescribed schedule of muscle relaxers, inflammation reducers, and pain relievers, I was able to manage pain without regular use of narcotics. I work in healthcare and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Austin and his team.

Dr. Austin is a great doctor, he explained everything about my health issue in detail and displayed what the surgery entailed. I feel very comfortable and confident with him and his entire staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, caring and informative. Mouy, Dr Austin’s assistant and Brittney in scheduling are assets to the Rothman Institute as well. Very pleased with my overall experience.
