From the moment I met Dr. Austin, I felt completely confident that I was with the best doctor ever! He made me feel very safe and comfortable about my upcoming hip surgery. Within three years, I had two hip replacements with Dr. Austin. To this very day, I trust him with not only my physical well being, but the well being of my family and friends. I have referred many people to him over the years.
We were very happy with doctor and staff. Wonderful how quickly they arranged for mom's appointment. Very kind and affectionate with her.
From the first time I walked into Rothman, it has been the best experience I have ever had! Everyone has been so awesome and has treated me like a queen. All the technicians have been so friendly and are awesome in all that they do, especially the x-ray techs. It is a pleasure to go there. Mary has been so special to me. And of course, Dr. Austin is very special as are his assistants. Thank you to everyone!
