Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I FELT THE OFFICE STAFF WAS TOTALLY RUDE. HAD TO WAIT 60 MIN. TO SEE A PA. THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE TO SEE A MD. OVER HEARD STAFF MAKE A COMENT,"I'M SORRY BUT, THAT'S THE WAY IT GOES".(NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL) THEY DID NOT HAVE ME DOWN FOR THE APPOINTMENT HOWEVER THE MD KNEW I WAS COMING IN?? THE FRONT OFFICE ASKED,"WHY ARE YOU HERE FROM 20 FT AWAY THEN PRCEEDED TO HAND ME A FORM ON CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY.A RX WAS WRITTEN AND I WAS INFORMED IF THE COST OF MEDICATION WAS HIGH($400.00) HAVE PHAMACY CALL OFFICE. I've always had a pleasant experience coming to this office. Dr. Goodman is super nice and I've always had nice and knowledgeable PAs. They also help me find the least expensive option that will still work well, which I really appreciate. I usually wait a little bit when I get there, but I don't remember it ever being crazy long. They've been really easy to work with on insurance issues too. I would definitely recommend this Dr. Goodman to family and friends.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
