This man in my opinion is the best surgeon in Phoenix.... period. I had a really bad shoulder that came out 100% perfect. Professional, personable and genuinely concerned and involved with his patients. What more could anyone ask? How about adding his very qualified and professional STAFF as well! If I need to trust someone to cut on me and fix something critical, this is the guy I'm going to!
My time with dr. Hansen was educational and he did everything he said he was going to do and above
I had broken my knee in a motorcycle accident. Dr Hansen gave me a number of options about how to proceed with treatment for my injuries, while making sure I was well informed of the pros and cons of each option before making any decisions. Overall, the experience was as perfect as I could have asked for. My recovery has been ahead of all expectations, and I'm jumping rope less than a year after my accident.
I have a friend Mike that is need of shoulder surgery on both his shoulders and I believe he is currently pursuing an appointment with Dr Hansen. 2 friends from work here have had shoulder surgery with Dr Hansen and all 3 of us are happy with the work done to us.
I saw Dr. Hanson afternoon after sustaining a significant injury. He was very compassionate and kind. Bedside manner fantastic, but even more important are his superior skills as a surgeon, knowledge and expertise.
overall I was very satisfied with the experience/service, the only complaint I have is I wish someone would have taken a pic of the white thing you removed from both of my elbows......, no big deal just would have like to see what was in my body
Being a healthcare professional myself, I can tend to be a little more critical of health petticoats than most people. Dr Hansen is a top notch physician. Excellent communication and patient education, with genuine compassion. His PA Jeff is also in the same league of excellence. Highly recommended!
I became a patient of Dr. Hansen's late last year, and I couldn't be happier about choosing him as my surgeon. Dr. Hansen is warm and attentive. He will spend all the time necessary to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. He is never dismissive of your concerns. His assistants are also amazing. They are incredibly kind and return calls extremely quickly. Though Dr. Hansen is part of a large group, his care is exceptional. I'd give him more stars if I could!
