I was very disappointed with his attitude. I made a comment and with an unpleasant tone he said ‘what do you expect?’ We spoke of meds and I told him what I already had prescribed so I asked if I should have something else and he said‘you’re not talking about opioids are you?’ I was insulted and said I’m not looking for those. Won’t go back .. No compassion.
Dr Mathew Kopera is an amazing doctor. He has treated my knee injury without any surgery. I recommend him to any patients for immediate cure. The staff team are also very friendly and caring. Location of his office and parking facility are also very convenient.
I was able to quickly get an appointment that was convenient for me. And the staff and Dr. Kopera where extremely generous with their time and knowledge and we’re very helpful
Just I had very bad experience. I was looking forward to this appointment but didn't get any treatment. Knowing that I had partial knee surgery and you couldn't do anything about it why did you even start the process and not treat me and finish the process .
Atmosphere was good but I still needed better understanding of exactly what I was dealing with.
