Dr. Pepe operated on my shoulder to repair my rotator cuff. He was an excellent doctor and extremely informative and patient. He was not eager to operate. He first attempt physical therapy and gave me injections to relieve the pain then decided surgery was the last recourse. His office staff was excellent and extremely helpful.
