Excellent bedside manner and even though I going to get shoots in my shoulders I look forward to the visit. I’m a Rothman man hips done shoulders knees taken care of. Rothman is second to none. Being my first Telemedicine visit, I was kind of skeptical about what was going to happen but I felt like I was in the office and my concerns about my knee were addressed and actions were taken where another orthopedic group wanted to wait a month before they wanted to do any testing on a condition that I have been dealing with for 11 years.
First class! Dr. Pepe was spot on understanding my problem and coming up with a plan. I am grateful.
