Being my first Telemedicine visit, I was kind of skeptical about what was going to happen but I felt like I was in the office and my concerns about my knee were addressed and actions were taken where another orthopedic group wanted to wait a month before they wanted to do any testing on a condition that I have been dealing with for 11 years.

Easy conversation and caring efficient visit
I found Dr. Pepe to be a very skilled Orthopedic Surgeon. He was personable, thorough, gentle, professional and spoke in terms that I easily understood. He made eye contact while speaking, not only with me but to my husband as well. I was referred to him due the need of a reverse total shoulder replacement, which as I understand, can be a complex surgical procedure, and should be done by someone who does more than a few each year. I felt comfortable in my decision to have chosen him for my particular needs.
