Dr. Pepe takes the time to listen and address your concerns. He, along with his office staff, have the expertise and knowledge to make a stressful situation a lot less stressful.
Dr Pepe cares about my concerns and addresses them. He took the time to explain what the reverse shoulder surgery entailed and what to expect afterward. His caring attitude really helped to put me at ease.
I have a knee that required a lot of work and multiple surgeries. Dr. Pepe did a great job with everything throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied with the care both he and his staff provided me. I would definitely recommend him.
Easy conversation and caring efficient visit
I found Dr. Pepe to be a very skilled Orthopedic Surgeon. He was personable, thorough, gentle, professional and spoke in terms that I easily understood. He made eye contact while speaking, not only with me but to my husband as well. I was referred to him due the need of a reverse total shoulder replacement, which as I understand, can be a complex surgical procedure, and should be done by someone who does more than a few each year. I felt comfortable in my decision to have chosen him for my particular needs.
Dr Pepe has an excellent bedside manner and makes sure you understand everything before you leave his office. I will always reccomend him.
