Dr Norris took the time to listen and talk about my shoulder issues instead of rushing through to a diagnosis and treatment. I left feeling very satisfied with my decision to see him!
Very nice and polite doctor and handled all my concerns very well.
Seems like a nice enough doctor but sadly each and every time including my day surgery procedure everything is very long and drawn out. Each of the 3 times appointments have went over the hour mark from said date and time that I was even called back to be seen. When they expect and say be there 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment yet don’t respect my time enough to get things figured. Dr. Marr is always looking for ways to improve the pain so I can live as normal life as possible.
He quickly analyze my problem and proposed a solution.

The long wait! One of the receptionist was not understanding and I thought she was curt. No one told me the doctor was an hour behind schedule. My appointment was at 3:45 and at 5:00 I had not seen Dr keverline. I left at 5:00pm. Lights were out in waiting room.
