Dr. Olin provided me with all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable with having hip replacement surgery. He asked if I had any questions and seemed interested in my concerns.
Dr. Olin asked a few questions about my health, the process of healing, and then said, “ Now, what questions do you have. He proceeded to listen & answer each question. I left the appointment with confidence & optimism.
Dr Olin is always very professional and personable and I appreciate taking the time to explain my condition to me as well as recommend treatments. I truly appreciate his care.
I was Over an hour after the appointment time. Suggest building in more time for the consult by the doctor.
He can explain how “things “ work in your joints so you understand.
My visit was a year after my knee surgery. He also checked my hip which had been 10 years for that. I love him as my dr. He has great bed side manners and is so friendly. He tells you like it is and doesn’t bet around the brush .
Dr. Olin showed a lot of compassion and knowledge today regarding my pain. His assistant Courtney is great! Hopefully with his treatment plan I will be feeling much better soon. I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment before even being taken back to an exam room. The lady that checked me in never even said hello or greeted me. All I got was “ what’s your name..DOB.,, who you seeing and you owe $20.00.” You know the front desk is your front line. Not a good experience checking in.
fairly long wait time. Dr. Olin ansered all of my questions. I would like to have seen all three X-Rays.
Dr. Olin listens and responds very well to concerns and needs. He is an excellent doctor. He has completed 3 knee replacements for me 1 on left knee and 2 on right knee and everything was completed successfully. He is an awesome surgeon.
