Provider is condescending and does not answer my question sufficiently. Provider does NOT get back to pharmacy in a timely manor for refills. Provider also says one thing in office but is really not referring to my history to base recommendations, then does not do what he says he is going to do. I feel uncared for. Telephoning is even worse...on hold for 20 minutes plus with options that really don't fit what I was calling for. Finally was prompted by computer to leave call back number, so I did. All Doctors should be like Dr. McClelland!! The care, concern, compassion and respect I receive from him every time I se him is u matched. I have seen many doctors in my life and have been very fortunate to have many great experiences and results from many of them. I place Dr. McClelland near the very top for his unwavering care and concern for my health. He is a very special Person and I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

The internet wasn't working good enough for the doctor to access many of my previous heart scans for reference as to what is happening with my heart.
It takes a while to figure out what is going on in the human body! It time, sometimes we get it right he's getting it right!
Dr Burns is consistently focused and updated on my condition. She is thoughtful and kind in her approach. She assures coordination with my other providers.
