MD and staff excellent
I was a bit early for my appointment, the person with the appointment before me was late, so I was Thanks VERY much form being early, I got in early and did not have to wait for the other person to get there before they saw me, I believe they were seen after me,,, loved this!!! I was asked if I wanted a 3rd female in the room by the first Nurse,, that was very considerate. I have seen Dr. McClelland annually for at least ten years now. He and his staff are friendly, efficient, and thoughtful with their care and demeanor. I have never had a bad experience here and when I do have a reason to contact Dr McClelland through MyChart, he always responds quickly. I am grateful both to and for him.
Dr. McClelland is thoroughly professional and takes care to explain every procedure. I think he is the best possible Dr and I value his help.
My visit was an excellent experience. They were efficient all the way thru the process, making good use of both my and the staff's time.
I had some minor difficulty getting an appointment but Dr. McClelland was able to facilitate the process. He is a valued member of your staff. Our family appreciates that he is our doctor and a great one at that.
