Low grade cheap quality builder who cuts corners.
donot buy, quality is bottom grade. Found too many problem in first year, the contractors they used are worst. its like cheap lego houses. got 200+ items for first year tarion deficiencies list. Warranty people try their best but they have to do quality control. If still buying buy built house who has all those fixed and not prebuild.

I am seeing high reviews from realtors but from a buyers perspecitve I advise look elsewhere for your own sake.
