I was introduced to the activator method of chiropractic care twenty-five years ago and will never go back to the 'bear hug' approach to chiropractic care. Dr. Herres has mastered the art of using a mixture of activator method with moderate direct manipulation and has addressed my weekend worrier issues for the past twenty years.
