The laziest ENT I have ever come across. Makes his assistants do everything and when they finally ask him to come in because they are not qualified to do anything aside from look in your ear, he makes you feel like you're inconveniencing him. AVOID.

This doctor, who is listed both as Meir and Matt Hershcovitch and his assistants repeatedly recommended me a surgery that I did not need, had no positive lasting effects, and during the surgery I was in pain and asked for a break. The assistant looked to one side, held her right arm, and said 'Yeah...he doesn't stop'. Seriously??Dr H. seems to recently rebrand as a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and all of the past reviews I've seen of him seem to have been wiped. Unprofessional and refuses to acknowledge errors on his end. If you request any plastic surgery to be done a certain way, he will ignore you and make decisions based on what he “thinks” will look good. Impersonal and unable to make basic conversation; you will feel like you’re talking to a wall. Would very much NOT recommend. Go to a higher quality surgeon in Beverly Hills and spend the extra money!

I had for years severe sinus and allergy problems.Last week I almost couldn't breathe.I tried to find doctors, but most of them were available in 2-1/2 to 3 weeks. My mother speaks broken English and I am sure many immigrants can relate. I was not able to go with her to her appointment because I am a working mother. She went twice to his location and go lost both times in the suite. She got lost in translation and the staff told her you don't have an appointment here. In two visit she got lost and missed her appointment. She was not provided translation and was not ask if you need help understanding the information, which is ok.
