I was contacted early on the morning of 4/1/2025 by Toni of the dealership who called to let me know that the vehicle was still available and since I was on my way to see it (1 1/2 hrs away), it would be reserved for me to see. Experience on the day of the sale with the sales staff was very positive. My rating reflects thst I am less than impressed with the service department and how the vehicle was prepped for sale. They contacted me promptly, but unfortunately I had already made a purchases.
I didn't buy the car they contacted me about, however, they contacted me quickly via email, text and they called as well. I ended up buying a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander because I fell in love with the car. In addition, it has a 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. Every single person at the dealership was helpful, kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend Matt Blatt in Glassboro to all!

We had an appointment to meet and drive the car. I drove 25 miles across town for the meeting. When I got there the salesman told me that the car had been sold that morning. I asked him if I could see the car anyway but he stated that the car was no longer on the lot. When I was driving away I saw the car parked with others.
