Difficult to communicate with. The chat works, but they don't always respond to you via email or text. Also, they had two vehicles listed as SL trims, when in fact they were SV trims and the features listed went along with the SL trim features. They were changed after I asked about this and brought it to their attention. Very misleading.
They were very nice and helpful. I did like the SUV, just little more mileage than I wanted. They will continue to look for vehicle I inquired about.
