I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, emailed Isaac Cruz that I was in the lobby, told the other salespeople who I was and that I was looking for Isaac - they told me he was washing my Tesla and would be right up, I waited over a half hour and finally emailed again that I needed to leave. I tried to call the number listed on Isaacâs email but no one answered. I also reached out to Frank Cruckson, who emailed my meeting confirmation information to me, but he didnât respond either. Got told i have 2 remotes for my new truck and they wouldnt give me one for free of charge so had to go to local dear and spend 500 to get a extra set

They got back with me right away, I ended up going with a different car from them, but they stayed on top of the entire process. I was well informed throughout the whole process.
Did not purchase but dealer very polite and communication line kept open.
So far so good. I'm pleased very personable dealership but didn't offer a warranty .
