Awful experience - asked them to reduce the price some and they wouldn’t budge. The financing team gave us a higher rate than what our bank quoted us the day before. Against my better judgement, we proceeded with buying the car and then it wouldn’t start the next day! Dead battery! They claim each vehicle goes through a 100+ point inspection but that is an obvious lie as there were also other things wrong with the car including sway bar issues and two recalls that needed to be fixed. Stay away.

They replied, have had decent interactions, they have zero interest in negotiating price at all so will not be working with them on my next purchase. It seems like they have 2-3 people that do respond, which is nice, but having the same conversation with multiple people and getting no wiggle room was a bit frustrating. If the answer is “no, we don’t negotiate price”- there shouldn’t be residual follow ups asking if I’m “still interested”. I purchased a car from Matt Blatt last week and could not have been happier with the experience. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and Alex, the salesman, was great, he even called the insurance company for me. I would have no problem sending family and friends to them when looking for a new CA.
