Really work well With me on price of car
I called when they were closed, I received a call back the next day. Great customer service but the car that is listed, they said they weren’t actually selling so to have the add up is kind of annoying but overall not a bad dealership.
We had a very poor experience at this dealership. When we arrived, a salesman approached us but appeared as is he did not know that the car was on the lot. It then took them almost half an hour to find the car. As we entered the building, the general manager told us he had a person from Pennsylvania coming at 6 PM to see the same car. I had made our appointment to see the car for 6pm. I found that to be very rude that they would schedule somebody else to see the car at the same time. Dealer was ok I live in NY and they didn’t fill the paperwork out correctly and am very disappointed. They sent me the paperwork to fix and most likely will not get the plates or title before my temp tags expire. Very very unsatisfied. But great vehicle. The problem started with the salesman he only worked for the dealer for 4 month prier to the day I bought my truck. The management was average and hopefully they get the title or plates to me soon.

Before seeing the vehicle I asked if what I saw in the photograph was damage and told no, then discovered, after viewing it that there was indeed damage to the interior. Decided to go ahead as this was reflected in the price. The person who assisted me was helpful and worked with me through the process without a problem. I was very disappointed to now discover that interior damage to the door where a panel was supposed to be replaced, was instead patched up and delivered to me after this work was done and after I had paid fo... read more
