RecommendedWe brought our 2012 Kia Soul here for service. Bought it for my sons to use. We owned it for two months after purchasing from a shady used car guy in Lakewood. Turns out the car had a bad engine and needed to be replaced!!! Service dept (Lou) was extremely sympathetic to my situation. He attempted to get KIA to replace the engine under warranty.
