Rich Ferretti was an amazing salesperson from start to finish. He took the time to find out exactly what my daughter was looking for in a car. He was very patient with us as we decided on the right car. He was honest and knowledgeable. After test driving a few cars my daughter decided on the 2021 K5 GT-line. What a beautiful car! Why do you hire violent people like this to sell your cars? I really hope he doesn’t threaten customers the same way he threatens people online. And I promise you this isn’t the first time he has threatened violence on people who don’t agree with him. I’d never do business here as long as these are the type of employees you hire.
