I had an opportunity to meet the management team through the interview process to be a salesman. I met with Robbie, Dave, John, and Greg. Each was kind and courteous with the customer experience as the center of the interview. This is my top choice based on my experience. Honestly, other dealerships I interviewed with were focused only on the sales plans and commissions never once talking about the customers. I was very happy to see the way Matt Blatt Kia value's their customers.
Go and see Carlos for your new vehicle before the new year and make a deal. You will not be disappointed and I can almost guarantee you that you will be walking out with a new vehicle. The 4 day return policy is awesome for sure. We used it. We didn't realize the telluride we bought was missing a package we wanted. The next day we went back with the 1st telland within an hour we left with our new telluride!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE REPAIRED! I brought my Sorento there 11/28/2020 @ 9:30am to ONLY have my 2 remotes programmed. I was there for 40 min, when I left I noticed my driver side windows weren’t working. I turned around & went back to Matt Blatt to inform them of the problem. I spoke to the guy Howy and he told me the programming of my key had nothing to do w/my windows. I have never met a nicer bunch of people… I had an oil leak they took me in right away ,fixed it while I waited and were as pleasant as can be! Just found out my oil Change is cheaper there than where I was getting it done..
