Saw Dr. Austin most recently on my annual wellness checkup. He is very friendly, listens well and is thourough in his exam. Overall, very pleased so far... Two thumbs up!
Dr Austin is the most professional Doctor I have seen in my 72 years on earth, and I would recommend him to anyone.
My former family/internist doctor recently stopped seeing patients. He referred me to Dr. Austin and I had my first visit with him yesterday. I had an infection in my toe and he was very thorough with checking everything out. My husband and I were very impressed with his personality and the way he handles the patient and their medical problem. Looks like he will be a " keeper" for our family doctor in the future.

Dr. Austin is a rare find in medicine. Personable, listens well, makes good eye contact and is clear with his findings with some subtle humor thrown in. He offers much info and seems genuinely in me as a patient. His diagnosis and treatment plans have been exactly what I have needed. He also offers options if one strategy doesn't work. We correspond via MyMercy;this helps. Very kind, friendly staff and I was able to get in with hip issue on same day as called!!
