They installed a new water heater & removed old one. Great service, great price. Showed up on time, were finished in an hour, cleaned up afterwards. Very easy to work with and friendly service.
great experience ... they sent the guys out and they diagnosed and fixed the leak under the sink within an hour of being here .. i'd highly recomend them to anyone :)
While they successfully replaced the flapper on a toilet, they charged $149.13 for the 15 minute job. Bill included the minimum 30 minute labor charge AND ALSO a service charge of $95.00. The part was $9 and they were there for 15 minutes total. Just know upfront that they charge both. I'd suggest calling someone else for small jobs.
The main water pipe into our house busted at 10 PM last night. I frantically called several plumbers this morning, only to be told that everyone was swamped and it would be a couple of days before anyone could come out. Then I called Matlock Plumbing and they said they could be out by 11 AM, and they were! They fixed the problem in less than an our. Next time I'm making Matlock Plumbing my first call!!!
