This company is a joke. I've dealt with leaky faucets, ant infestations (in the middle of March), a busted front door, a patio door that doesn't close properly, heaters that just get hotter and hotter..so many more issues, please don't ever rent from them.

They are horrible. Their places are in poor shape and are slummy.
Worst rental ever. Rental was not licensed and failed inspection! Basement flooded every time it rained. They refused to fix the standstill water; their "fix" was run a dehumidifier--- because plugging in something that sits on standstill water is safe. Mold all over the basement, and soaked plaster peeling off the walls. When I moved in, it was dirty; blood and food covered the walls. I had to bleach the walls to remove it. Please stay away from this property management company. I have owned many rental properties across the country and have experienced dealing with a variety of management company. So far I can confidently say Matik is the worst company I have dealt with. They are so poor in managing, so slow in finding tenants, and so unresponsive in communication. It took them over 3 month to place to tenant, and communication is always slow. It generally take Matik about a week to reply a email. When you called them, all the staffs will ask... read more
