Poor patient care and service, very unfriendly and not helpful. I had a 4:15 appt came in early because it was my first time visiting the office, individual at the front desk stated I couldn't be seen because I didn't have to correct referral? She pretended to look something up on the computer and sent my on my way.I called my Primary Dr who stated that they had faxed or efaxed the document she claimed to look for. It's been over 35 minutes and still waiting in the small no room office. No stars

I don't like the amount of time I spend to wait but its worth it the nurse there is very friendly and she diagnosed me , Dr. Zemel was also in the room and answered my questions.

I was never seen by the doctor because I walked out the moment I entered into the office. It was the dirtiest and filthiest office I have ever visited - I mean BY FAR.
