The doctors are great but when you need a refill no one gets back to you office confirmed they received refill request but no one has responded I’ve called multiple times same answer every time I’m working on it no follow ups and now I do not have my injections for my psoriasis but when it comes time to bill me they want there money
I have been coming to the Paterson office for laser hair removal and have been happy with the results so far. They have a nice new,CLEAN,spacious office with parking for patients now. I recommend people come and see them. Their prices are affordable and reasonable compared to other derms I have been to in the past. The staff is friendly and open they answered all my questions. I will bring my mother in.

I suffer from a very rare disease called Variegate Porphyria. It took many years of various doctors in Allergy and dermatology fields and a mound of mis-diagnoses, pain and torturous rashes and sun effects until i met Dr Zemel. I find him to be competant beyond the many others in his field who have failed to find what's wrong with me. I find him patient, thorough caring and direct. He takes great time and patience in examining, diagnosing and explaining options very clearly. *****
