The staff is always very personable. Excellent customer service.
My office experience has consistently been superbly professional and this app't was no exception. As usual, I was seated on time, the staff was welcoming and knowledgable, and the entire process was exactly as I expected it to be. I wish that I could enjoy this type of experience with all the various app'ts that need to be made throughout the year. KUDOS to Dr. Kelly!!!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly and her Team for a number of years they are kind and caring a family oriented team who take your dental work seriously. The entire staff always greets you with a warm welcome and smile, and they make sure you are not in a lot of pain while working on your teeth and you always leave feeling like you got the best care for your teeth. I love the entire dental team at Dr. Kelly's office. They are extremely professional and friendly. I have never waited for services for more than 5 minutes they do a great job with scheduling they value your time and do not have you sitting around waiting for them. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Kelly has been my dentist since moving to Califorinia over 25 years ago and I'm conifdent she'll continue to be my dentist.
My visit, the first dental appointment for me in 15 years, was accomplished very pleasantly. The secretary assisted me in learning the on-line information system, the technician patiently explained things that have become new procedures in recent years, and the dentist gave a thorough presentation of areas that needed further work. It's a very efficient operation here!
