My visit with the staff at Dr. Kellys office is always a pleasure to have. The staff are friendly, courteous, and treat their clients with the utmost respect.
I love this Dentist Office. They value my time and do not keep me waiting. Office is always clean and fresh. They send reminders so as busy as I am, I never miss an appt. I had a weird suction issue with a filling and my dentist Dr. Lauren Matthews took care of it. Referred my mom who had major issues with an old implant and from the first appt, they relieved her pain. She is doing much better now because they actually figured out the problem and treated it. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Kelly and here staff. Everyone is warm and professional. Vernel is my #1 hygienist. I fell like I have a new set of teeth when she finishes my cleaning!
I have been a patient for more than 30 years. The Techs and Doctor's keep my teeth beautiful for my smile. The clerical staff keep me informed of my appointments and time. The complete staff is very friendly, kind and speaks as you approach them. I love walking into this beautiful office with everything matching and in place. The bathroom is always clean and well kept. The complete office is always clean and well kept.
Dr Kelly and her Fabulous staff were to my Rescue once again! I had a cracked tooth and called and got in 1 day after panicking. They all have a way of making me feel at ease while letting me know I need to be more on top of my teeth maintenance!
I always receive very good treatment when getting my teeth clean by Vernail Monk. She always seems happy to see me. When ever I get dental work, Dr. Gwendolyn does a good job. They all seem to care about what they're doing. All of them seem to be very nice and upbeat people and the office is Beautiful & First Class! I feel good, my teeth feel good and look good. DR Kelly has been my dentist for over 30 years. It never ceases to amaze me, a real chicken, how comforting and at ease the staff makes me feel. DR Kelly is professional, takes time with you and explains all care options to you. She never pressures or rushes you. While providing services, DR Kelly is so gentle that you really forget about the drilling. She is a true 10 DDS.
I have a 30 plus year experience of Dr. Kelly treating my teeth and preserving my smile. She has done an excellent job. I am an appreciative patient.
