Unreal. I made the appointment and was told to wait in my car. Text/call the number. I did that. Repeatedly. Left voicemail. Multiple texts. Nothing. After 40 min of waiting I left. The owners brother Sam came outside while I was waiting-casually talking on the phone. Respectfully I waited. Nothing. The parking lot wasn’t even full! 3 hours later I got a “sorry you missed your appointment text from the automated system. WOW.
