I had my Birthday dinner here last year at Mastro's as a gift from my daughter & son-in-law, and it was wonderful!!!

The New York Strip I ordered was delicious. There is live music and it's the perfect volume, not too loud. The service was great, and the food was absolutely delicious.
Great food, my steak was cooked to perfection and my warm butter cake was heaven on earth! Job well done!!
Mediocre service.. Don't see me going back rude rude especially the money I'm spending
Food is great but when I discover an error double charging the total amount of the bill (error when the server put the tips in, why it's good to keep your copy or photo of your receipts people) and call you - it has taken over a month, email to corporate unanswered, said they would correct it and still nothing, it's pretty sad. That is the last thing I want to worry about when dining at what I thought was supposed to be a great establishment.
