My favorite! The cosmos, the food, and the service is top notch!
Not as good as the other Mastro’s. Plates always come to the table hot but these were so hot we couldn’t eat our food. Ceasar salad used way too much anchovy paste. The tables were almost on top of each other. Chairs kept hitting every time we moved. Overall, I won’t say I will go back to City Hall.
