Horrible communication. Sold the car I was interested in to someone e else and then the next morning confirmed our appt to come see it. Drove over an hour to find out it was gone.
Dealer was slow or did not return phone calls, didn’t send pictures of the car when they said they would, the sales person was not available at my appointment time and the car had sold the day before my appointment. They confirmed my appointment the day of despite not having the car I wanted to see.

Brian, the original sales associate was pleasant enough. When first arrived, he was helping someone so a Jim Maes, a Sales Manager. He on the other hand became argumentative when discussing taking the car for a solo test drive. He began to give me all sorts of reasons including "teenage kids" stealing cars back in the day. He also said that they still need to make a copy of my license to confirm possible outstanding violations... Unreal. Dealership experience was very good considering the visit was not a previous appointment and was on a busy Saturday. Daniel Roy, Sales Consultant, was very helpful and made the evaluation of the vehicle very easy. Purchased vehicle and the Finance Manager, Mike Davis, was exceptionally straight forward and detailed in arranging paperwork for purchase and payment. A very pleasant experience.
