Five star rating to these folks. I had total knee replacement several weeks ago. I thought I had a health care aid lined up. After I returned from the hospital that person went AWOL and after two days of being unable to reach her, I was starting to panic. Jessica was a great help. She took me thought the intake process. She made everything essy o understand. She made me feel comfortable and got me set up with the company. I feel right at home with the Master's Touch.
Ive had an expectation experience with the Masters Touch. Ms. Jessica was great. My caregiver Cheryl is amazing. Willa is great start caregivers.
I enjoyed the lady Miss Jessica, coming to our home for the interview, she was very polite, and spoke about her knowledge of the company and everything I want, I will be happy to work with them.
I completed orientation and the company did not want to pay me for worked hours due to not having a client which was not my fault. I was guaranteed a client after waiting almost a month to start with no income before or after orientation. Company asked the day before start of assignment could I work a schedule I told them I could not. Company does not want to pay me.
