The staff and Dentist were prompt and courteous, was given a good exam and cleaning. Was given options on any issues found on my checkup and not pressured into any unnecessary procedures.

I never thought that I would say that I enjoyed a visit to a dentist! My hygienist, Maria Jaimes, was great! And, always, Dr. Hadley was super as usual!

Very friendly and pleasurable staff.
I was met, as usual, being told I didn't need to sign in. Then I played with Alexa, assuring me that I don't need her at my home. Short wait, Dr. Hadley genial and thorough, as usual. Everyone here gets gold stars!

I was happy to get into see a dentist quickly. I did not write down all my questions on a 3 x 5 card, so I would always recommend doing that as they cannot read your mind. They were very friendly and helpful in all ways. Thanks for everythingl
The entire staff at Hadley is extremely personable and friendly, from receptionists to hygienists, the dentists, and billing. My phone calls are taken seriously and questions are addressed in a timely manner. My deduction of a star is because I have felt somewhat in the dark as I am getting my orthodontics. For example, I would have loved for the dentist and hygienist to walk me through the steps as I was getting my “buttons” placed (I had no idea what was going on until I asked). Morgan was great & so was Dr. Sloan! very friendly and answered all of my questions. The front desk ladies both check in & check out were super friendly as well. An overall great visit, no complaints.
