Very disappointed. Made an appointment the day before wanting a cut and color for my daughter. Got there and was told by the stylist that she was going to be off of work in a hour and wouldn't be able to do it and the next available person wouldn't be for another 45 min. I made an appointment for a reason with them knowing exactly what I needed. Would never go there again.
We've been going to MC for a few years, Becca does a great job! She is the first hairdresser I've even wanted to go back to over and over. All the girls that we have had have been great with my son, and my husband has even started coming with to get his hair done! Thanks for always doing a great job ladies!
Been taking my 93 year old mother for a couple of years to get her perms, They have always been polite and friendly. Took her yesterday and it only took a little under 2 hours for her perm which is a good time. Melissa has done her the last couple of times and it always looks good.
What rude customer service. I won't ever go here again, not only did these three ladies just sit in back and chat while we waited for a cut, when they finally did come up they acted like we were putting them out for asking for a haircut. Needless to say, we left. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone, Friend, family or foe.
1st time great results and got a discount on a pumper
Krissy Buckley is fast and makes you look great. She is super with color. And I'm not just saying that because she's my daughter. Every time I go to the salon, clients who don't know who I am tell me that I will love what she is going to do with my hair, because they love what she did with theirs.
