We went to MasterCuts to get my 14 yr old son's hair trimmed up, my son told her one and a half guard on the sides and 3" long on top. I even confirmed with her to blend it on the sides. The lady proceeded to shave his head completely, not sure what she thought she heard. When I was obviously sick to my stomach, and my son looked like he wanted to cry, she offered no apology -- just excuses. I highly recommend playing it safe and going elsewhere! Back to Great clips for us!

I have come here for years to get my hair trimmed, i have never recieved a bad cut, until now! Usually I ask for it to be layered. This girl trimmed it, but she has no clue as to layer hair. It looked like she took a machete and hacked at it. I cant even do anything with it but wear it pulled back til it grows out.The left side, she cut way shorter than the right. I'm embarrassed to be seen out in public now. It's going to take weeks for my hair to grow out.
