Very disappointed. My hair looks NOTHING like the cut I showed the stylist. I could have done as good a job myself. The cut has NO style. Impromptu visit, in my old hometown. Now I remember why I didn't go there anymore.
Kelsey made me feel confident about going shorter and the amazing Bayalage she did to my hair!!! I felt like she knew what I wanted and needed done to my hair before I even knew � (thank you so much for being patient, I wasn't very descriptive at all) It's has been years since I've been this impressed with my new hair �
