Chase is fantastic at hair color! I went rose gold from blonde and the outcome was better than I could have ever imagined! Zini was also incredible in transforming my aunts hair from brown to dark auburn with highlights! Service was impeccable and I highly recommend them!
I had an appointment made for 5:30pm. The time came and passed and after waiting 30 additional minutes, I left. People standing around shooting the breeze with several people waiting. They obviously couldn't care less. These people are rude and unprofessional. Never again!

The stylist could not do "African American" hair because of the curl pattern. My child was notified of this after half of her hair was flat ironed. If the stylist wasn't sure that she could appropriately take care of "African American" hair, she shouldn't have tried. The workers were very rude. The supervisor (Wendy) stated that she did not know corporates number when I requested the number.
