RecommendedI went in with no clue what I wanted very spur of the moment. Carissa (hope I spelled this right) was the one who took her time to figure out what I wanted and gave me something I love! I wish I could style it as good as her but that's not possible. Thanks a bunch!
The worst experience, poor customer service.
I just received the worst haircut of my adult life. The first person cutting my hair butchered it so bad she had to get the manager to try and clean it up. I have been getting my cut here around 21 years never again. Luckily I was in the mall so I was able to find a hat to cover it.
Took my daughter to get a haircut tonight. Terrible service and was told one price before and during but paid a lot more in the end. I had a great experience there few months ago and was hoping the same girl would be there tonight. She wasn't but figured give another girl a try, huge mistake. Now I have to pay more money to fix her mistakes.
Got my hair cut yesterday. The cut is uneven and my hair looks like it has been just chopped off....horrible. I have long straight hair. Not hard to mess up...
Bad experience ! Will not have that stylist again.
Zini is an awesome hair stylist & person! She always takes her time & gives you her best. She has a great sense of humor and is fun to talk to.
