NEVER COMING BACK. Worst experience I have ever had. I’m done with this place. Josh here I come!
I called and set an appointment for 4:15pm. When I got there I found out that my appointment slot had been replaced by someone else and that I couldn’t be seen until after 5pm. And, they denied ever receiving my phone call in the first place. Not only that, they took customers that had arrived after me before they even addressed me. The staff member Erika was horrible tonight. Not only did she not cut my boys hair as they requested ( she literally just buzz cut them)! She also cut their foreheads uneven to the point I took them to "Elite Barber Shop" so they could fix the horrible job that she did, and save them from embarrassment at school tomorrow. After continuing to argue with me that she is a professional and knows what she is doing I asked her to stop trying to "fix" the forehead of my 14yr old so that there'd still be hair for the next shop to be... read more
Worst customer service ever!! I was treated horribly and my girls didn't even get a haircut. The manager was the worst offender. Never going there again!

Very talented staff. My wife and I both go to Josh and he is a perfectionist. Very talented and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. If you are walking in you may have a wait. Best to call and make an appointment, I do and it works great!
