I brought my child to Saturday to get a basic boy haircut and she couldn't even trim the back straight with the trimmer!! Big gap in the back!!
My hair did not come out like the pic I showed stylist . Styled it totally opposite of picture too.
The hairstylists are all very talented. Mediocre customer service but good cuts.
