1. 03 Town and country van. Trans went completely out. No slow home mode at all. Work was done in just a few days. Some places take 2 weeks. Cost less than other estimates. Van has instant response now and better gas mileage. 2. 95 Ford Ranger XLT when cold hesitate to go into reverse. Finally 20 or 30 seconds jerked into gear, OD OFF light flashes. Restart ok next try. Got worse. Master Transmission rebuilt under $1900.00. Also fixed broken shift indicator cable in dash. Runs great.
I'm very satisfied with the customer service that was provided to my Lincoln Navigator. It was giving me problems and I was told by different shops many different things yet no one was able to fully repair it. Finally I came across these guys and immediately the master technician was able to diagnose the issue, and get a simple sensor repaired within hours. I highly recommend Master Transmission to everyone.
I am not one to ever write reviews but I was absolutely amazed with the great customer service I recieved when I went to get my Nissan Altima repaired. These guys made it a great experience in comparison to other experiences I've had with other shops. They were very honest with me and their prices were very reasonable. Great place, I took my Acura MDX after the nightmare of experience I had coming from California and dealing with shops and warrenty company. They gave me such a hassle and run around over there. As soon as I made it to Texas I knew to take it to them and they dealt with everything and promptly as well. Thanks a bunch guys. You saved me all the headache I dealt with when I got stuck in California. Will definitely use you guys for our other vehicles.

The best place in Denton! I went to different locations they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg! BUT master transmission helped me out worked with me and charged a reasonable price and got my car fix ASAP!
Great customer service and great prices. They fixed my car in a good amount of time. I recomend anyone having any car troubles to go here they are fast and persistent.i felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. This is the only place i will bring my car for now on.
