Best customer service experience we've had in quite some time! Hope and his team went above and beyond our expectations with fixing our vehicle that was damaged by hail. They had great communication with my husband and I until the car was ready to be picked up. The car looks new again and honestly looks better than it did prior to the damage. Thank you Master Techs.
We were devastated when our only family vehicle was caught in a hail storm. A friend gave me Master Techs card and told us they used them on both their cars last year. Master Techs came to the rescue. They did a superb job and we weren't in a rental for too long. I highly recommend this company!

the owner hope huni Jr. is a manipulator and a liar. he is very good at telling you exactly what you want to hear. I've been waiting year and a half now for my last paycheck from him. but in the past year-and-a-half I have been promised a paycheck. just never seen one! around $3,500 is what I am owed not to mention the other multiple technicians that he is not paid in the past years. I personally have written it off as a loss, but be very very wary!!
