Our next door neighbor and another two houses down use Master Services. We found out they had very reasonable Fall furnace inspections. Since we trust our neighbors we decided to try Master Services out. Our Technician, Danny, was calm, professional, courteous. He did a thorough job of inspecting, measuring, and reporting the condition of our healthy but older furnace. Awful do not hire! I would give them no stars if it was an option. Do NOT hire this company for plumbing service. Be very wary!! I would not give them any stars if that was an option. They were hired to re pipe my house and this is what I got as well as many untruths. No city permit (I was told they did not need one if just replacing pipes) city inspector said they did require a city permit. Did not replace piping from the main- leak in main – water all over 1 copper main and branched off to plastic for everything else Used ... read more
