Service across the board was excellent.Technicians are courteous and make sure they clean up afterwards. Phone calls to let you know exact time of arrival and follow up calls to make sure all went well. Unfortunately we had a lemon - technicians never stressed, made sure there were no other issues and quickly replaced the bad unit with a new one that works perfectly.

We've used Master Services for several years. They helped us with an old furnace and air conditioner when we bought a condo. When it was time to replace each one over a 2 year period, we are very happy with the way in which we were treated, the way the equipment was installed correctly, the clean up, and the repeat follow-up on new equipment. Most of our neighbors use Master Services, too.
