We had master services replace our entire air conditioning and furnace at a cost of around $15,000.. we were even told to upgrade to a larger unit. They told us that they guaranteed that this would take care of our issues or theyd pay to make it right. Weve had issues since day one and have had them out to work on it a few times. They acted annoyed that we would call. They then told us we needed to add a dehumidifier. I might be a dumb dumb, but Im pretty sure our house shouldnt be at 70 to 80 percent humidity with the unit ... read more
Absolutely Great service, professional, knowedlgeable and always work around my schedule! Their prices are reasonable for all they offer. Replaced my furnace, AC and water heater-definitley plan to work with them in the future!!
Too expensive: $680 quoted for replacing a wax seal under a toilet! They did accept $125 for a "service visit" which meant they showed up, gave us the exorbitant quote, and left. Service man said "plumbing is expensive, I just put in a water heater for $3000". So, don't use Master Services unless you just won the lotto.
