I got a really bad experience from Master housing a week ago. That's my first time to book an apartment via airbnb and unfortunately I chose Master housing 2B/2B apartment at Westwood, LA. That day My family and I were going to move in and asked for a key. But Master housing replied us they don't have any room for us and our room was already rented to someone who got a extension agreement with Master housing. The truth is that Master housing didn't notice us the whole thing in advance.
