I contacted Home Advisor and within 3 minutes I received a call from Erik from Master Fix Plumbing. I had an upstairs sink that quit draining. The condensation from the A/C units drain in the same plumbing that the sink uses. I needed someone here before I had water dripping from the ceiling.He said it would be 30 minute response time. Erik was here in 15 minutes and had the drain opened up very shortly after that. Very pleased that the sink is fixed. Failed to show up for 2 separate apts on Thursday. After breaking second apt in one day failed to return numerous calls and texts. And still haven't heard from him, I'm very disappointed.

Had an emergency hot water heater leak. Erik came out within 3 hours, fixed the problem. Did an excellent job and left no mess behind. Very professional and speedy.
